This standard specifies the Agile Requirements Engineering processes implemented in software engineering activities that result in requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, requirements specification, requirements validation and requirement management for digitalisation development throughout the cycle.

This standard provides the required information for roles, activities and artefacts through the implementation of requirements engineering processes.
Samples format of documentations and practices of the Agile Requirements Engineering is also provided in this standard.

This standard is applicable to:
– those who use or plan to conduct requirements engineering process which include the sub-process for requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, requirement specification, requirements validation and requirement management, regardless of the project scope, products, methodology, size and complexity;
– anyone in the industry who perform requirement engineering activities to ensure the right specification for the developer on what to build, stakeholder on what to expect and user on what to test; or
– any organisation, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.
