SIRIM Industry Standards cater the growing needs of industries in providing services and/or products that are up to standards, locally and internationally.

SIRIM Industry Standards also provide an alternative way to industries in situations where a national consensus is not required, particularly when the needed standard is intended to cater for specific requirements of organisation or a certain sector of industry.
